My aim is to help bridge the gap between education and employment by giving students the practical knowledge, confidence and employability skills they need to succeed in today's competitive job market.

With experience across HR, recruitment, employee relations and career development, I've supported hiring and talent development at leading global organisations including Meta, Twitter (now X) and EY. I've reviewed thousands of CVs, interviewed candidates, partnered with hiring managers, developed employees in their first professional roles and led career development initiatives, giving me first-hand insight into what employers look for during recruitment and beyond. Unlike generic career advice, my mentoring is shaped by real experience hiring, developing and supporting employees within global organisations, giving students practical, relevant guidance they can apply with confidence.

My mentoring is personalised and tailored to each student's goals, whether you're a school leaver, sixth form, college or university student applying for apprenticeships, internships, placements, graduate schemes or your first professional role. Every session is designed around where you are and the skills, knowledge and strategy you need to take your next step.

A typical 90-minute online mentoring session gives us time to work through your goals in depth and may include:

* CV writing, reviews and personalised feedback, including UCAS personal statements
* Interview preparation and mock interviews
* LinkedIn profile optimisation
* Job search and application strategy
* Graduate scheme, apprenticeship and internship applications
* Career planning and employability skills
* Professional communication and confidence building
* Using AI effectively and ethically to improve CVs, prepare for interviews, research employers and strengthen applications while ensuring your work remains authentic and reflects your own skills and experience

Every session finishes with a personalised action plan, and I provide follow-up support to answer questions, review progress and help you put your learning into practice.
