I keep lessons clear, interactive and tailored to each student. We'll start by identifying strengths and gaps, so we focus on what will make the biggest difference. I then break topics down using real-world case studies, maps, data and current examples, so ideas make sense and stay in memory rather than being learned by rote. I'll also teach exam technique, including how to read the question, structure answers, use evidence and earn top marks on longer written responses. Each session ends with a short recap and a small goal for the week, so progress is easy to see and confidence builds steadily. Beyond the subject itself, I'll support good study habits such as planning revision, managing time and staying motivated. As a current LSE student, I can share practical strategies that work in a demanding academic environment, helping students become more independent, consistent and confident learners.
