Hi everyone, my name is Jiayu, and I’m a native Mandarin speaker from China. I studied English and International Business at the University of Liverpool, and I’m currently studying Digital Innovation at UCL. I have more than three years of language teaching experience, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language. In my lessons, we will focus on your personal goals and practise useful Chinese for real-life situations. I will explain things clearly, give you plenty of opportunities to speak, and help you build confidence at your own pace. I’m also interested in Chinese calligraphy and tea culture, so I would be happy to help you explore the culture behind the language. I look forward to meeting you and learning Chinese together!
