Wing Yi Wong

Hello! I’m Wing, a professional, BEd-qualified bilingual tutor with over 10 years of experience teaching both Mandarin and Cantonese. Holding a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from The Education University of Hong Kong and a Putonghua Proficiency Test (PSC) Grade 2, Level A certificate, I am fully equipped to guide you or your child to language fluency with a standard, flawless accent.

Having spent a decade as a Mandarin Lead Teacher at premier international Montessori schools, my teaching style is highly engaging, adaptive, and supportive. I believe that every learner has unique potential, and I carefully customize my lesson content to match your personal strengths, pace, and interests.

What My Lessons Are Like:

• For Young Learners (Kids): I specialize in a play-based, immersive Montessori approach. I utilize colorful stories, interactive games, and lively songs to capture children's attention. This creates a fun, collaborative environment where kids naturally absorb correct tones and structures. My proven methodology has successfully helped 90% of my 2-year-old students master short sentences.

• For Adult Students: Whether you are a Complete Beginner starting from scratch, or an Advanced student refining your business language and pronunciation, I design practical, real-world lessons. We will focus on conversational fluency, useful vocabulary, and custom accent correction using personalized PowerPoint materials, videos, and interactive exercises.

I always maintain a cheerful, positive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere where you can feel confident making progress. I happily welcome students of all levels (Complete Beginner to Advanced).

Let's embark on this exciting language journey together! Book a session with me today to get started.
