I may introduce a thought or phrase to introduce the session and promote a mindful practice in which students are encouraged to see the session as 'Me time' in which the focus is on the self, leaving the cares of our everyday lives behind.
I have been teaching Yoga for over two years to a variety of students including children, adults of all ages and abilities. I have taught Yoga in tents, church halls, fields and am adept at adapting my teaching to the circumstances.
My approach is relaxed, nurturing and supportive and celebrates what is achieved.
