I am passionate about teaching Pilates and integrating Hypopressive techniques where appropriate. Both methods emphasise mindful movement, breathing control, body awareness and core function, helping clients develop strength, balance and confidence while supporting overall wellbeing.
Each student begins by discussing their current fitness level, any physical concerns, and their short- and long-term goals. Using this information, I create a personalised programme tailored to their needs. Sessions include guided breathing techniques, posture and movement education, core strengthening, fascia release and mobility work, delivered at a pace that is safe and appropriate for the individual.
My aim is to help students improve physical function, reduce tension, build resilience, and develop a greater awareness of the connection between movement, breathing and wellbeing.
Based in Bidston, Wirral, I offer one-to-one and small-group sessions both online and from my peaceful garden studio. I work with a wide range of clients, including those experiencing back or joint issues, postnatal recovery needs, pelvic floor dysfunction or pelvic organ prolapse, as well as individuals seeking to improve their overall wellbeing, fitness and quality of life.
