Focused and knowledgeable Chemist with vast and indebt knowledge base in basic to advance chemistry

I have Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry, My teaching philosophy is that every student can succeed if given the right tools. I believe that students need to feel comfortable asking questions and should be able to do so without fear of embarrassment or judgment. I also think that teachers should always be learning themselves, so I make sure I keep myself updated by attending workshops and regular research.
My goal therefore, is to teach students about all aspects of chemistry, including lab work and how it applies to their everyday lives.
