My background includes a BSc in Psychology, postgraduate Level 7 training in CBT, and extensive CPD across areas such as DBT, ACT, trauma-informed practice, neurodiversity, and personality disorder work. This gives me a deep and applied understanding of psychological theory, research, and practice, which I translate into clear, accessible teaching.

At GCSE and A‑level, I specialise in helping students build strong conceptual foundations, develop effective revision strategies, and master exam technique. I break down complex topics—such as memory, attachment, biopsychology, and research methods—into structured, digestible explanations. My experience working with neurodivergent children and young people enables me to tailor learning to ADHD, autism, and anxiety profiles, ensuring sessions are engaging, supportive, and confidence-building.
