I offer supportive, structured psychology tutoring for GCSE, A-level, undergraduate, and postgraduate students who want to feel confident, motivated, and genuinely engaged with the subject. My lessons are clear, calm, and well-organised, with a strong focus on helping you understand psychology rather than memorise it.
Each session begins with a quick check-in to identify your goals for the lesson whether that’s mastering a difficult topic, preparing for an exam, improving your writing, or getting support with coursework. I break down complex theories into simple, manageable steps and use real-world examples from clinical practice to make ideas meaningful and memorable. You’ll have plenty of space to ask questions, practise skills, and revisit concepts until they feel secure.
My background includes a BSc in Psychology, postgraduate Level 7 CBT training, and extensive experience working across neurodiversity, mental health, trauma, and child and adult services. I’ve supported students in academic settings, mentored neurodivergent learners, and explained psychological concepts to clients, families, and professionals so teaching comes naturally to me. I’m patient, approachable, and skilled at adapting lessons for different learning styles, including ADHD and autism.
Whether you want help with exam technique, learning styles, revision strategies, academic writing, critical evaluation, or applied psychological models, I offer a structured, encouraging environment where you can build confidence and make real progress. My aim is to help you feel capable, supported, and genuinely interested in psychology.
