Native speaker from England with 16 years teaching experience

I have worked abroad in China teaching English as a foreign language for seven years, classroom based with students ranging from 3 years old to adults. Class sizes were usually around 5-20 students but have I taught as many as 100+ in public schools.
Following that I worked as an online tutor also teaching English as a foreign langauge for seven years, these were one to one classes. I was one of the top tutors in my company.
When I returned to the U.K I took various educational roles including behavioural support work in SEN and neuro-divergent schools along with a behaviour manager role at a mainstream grammar school .
