Luke Harknett

I have extensive experience teaching SQA maths. After having achieved the best score in my school for Higher and Advance Higher mathematics I then moved on to study Structural Engineering at Edinburgh University to further my mathematical knowledge.

My lessons involve in depth looks into how the exam papers function; where marks can be picked up and what topics each paper is likely to include. I tailor lessons to the student: some prefer to work through past papers, others may need to re-visit the basics before moving on to exam-level questions. I am happy to do whatever suits the student best so that we can achieve as close to an A grade as possible.

I am currently re-familiarising myself with Advance Higher and will be ready to teach it soon.
