English tutor for primary & secondary students | A* A-Level Literature | Strong Scottish National 5 knowledge | Online lessons

I am a friendly, patient and enthusiastic tutor with an A* in A-Level English Literature and an A in National 5 English. I have a strong understanding of English and would love to help younger students improve their skills while becoming more confident in the subject. My lessons will be tailored to each student and the areas they would most like to improve, including reading, comprehension, writing, essay structure and literature. I will explain things clearly and break more difficult topics into manageable steps, while giving students plenty of encouragement and opportunities to ask questions. As a recent school graduate, I understand the pressures students can face and aim to make my lessons relaxed, positive and engaging. My goal is to help students feel more confident in English while developing skills they can use independently at school and in exams.
