Student-led History tutor offering lessons to all ages

I'm passionate about learning and encouraging others in their learning, with a particular interest in Arts subjects. I love seeing dots joining together for someone I'm working with and helping to increase their confidence, in a style that works well for them. Learning can change lives through unlocking possibilities and it's a privilege to share in someone's learning journey.

I'm qualified to PhD level in History and Religion, with undergraduate or higher experience in French and English. While these qualifications help, it's my student-centred approach, enthusiasm and ability to help teach critical thinking which make me a good tutor.

I've tutored or taught students aged between 5 and 70, with experience teaching my own child, undergraduate students, and private tutees. I have experience of working with neurodivergent tutees and centre my tutees' needs and interests in all my work, using an empathetic and understanding, patient approach.

In my spare time I love appreciating nature and cute animals, and games of all kinds.
