Some skills are not taught at school such as goal setting and a sense of progressing outside school. Too often, school work is seen as a chore, my aim is to turn the chore into progress and achievement.

I will use tools to coach on:
- Setting weekly objectives and track progress
- Think about wellbeing through journaling
- Importance of movement
- 5 Mins a day on mindfulness
