I am an a level maths students wanting to teach GCSE maths at a higher or foundation level.

What my lessons would consist of is me asking the student what topics the student struggles on. Then going over that topic with an easy example so the student is able to understand the basics first. Then ill give them a question of a similar nature for them to complete. Afterwards ill give them a harder question and go through and example with them. The again ill give them a question of a similar nature and give them guidance if they need. At the end of the lesson ill give them exam questions on that topic alone so they can complete questions of mixed difficulty.
