I provide personalised one-to-one online and in-person sessions, as well as group classes of up to 24 people, always adapting to suit different abilities with clear progressions and regressions. Alongside my yoga and Pilates training (currently expanding into mat and reformer Pilates), I have a professional background in dance, with five years of intensive training and both a diploma and degree. This gives me a deep understanding of technique, strength, flexibility, and fluid movement, which I bring into every session to help you progress safely and confidently.
