🌸 About Me 🌸

Hi, I’m Jenny! :D
I’m a native British English speaker with a 2:1 Honours Degree in Japanese Language and Contemporary Society from Oxford Brookes University. I’ve lived, worked, and studied in Kyushu, Japan 🇯🇵, and I currently teach Japanese children English online (in Japanese). I also teach Japanese to adults and children worldwide.

I’m a mum of three (5, 9, 13) 👧🧒👦 and have worked in education for over 10 years across the UK, Japan, and online. I hold a 120-hour TEFL, CACHE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, and certificates in SEN and Understanding Autism. I have extensive experience supporting autistic and neurodiverse learners, including those with ADHD and learning differences 💛🧩.

My classroom is a judgement-free, adaptable space 🌈. I tailor every lesson to each student’s learning style, sensory needs, pace, and confidence level so everyone feels supported and included.
