Hi, my name is Josephine, and as someone who has struggled with their own lack of direction, confidence and health issues, but has thankfully now managed to find a place of balance, purpose, happiness and wellbeing... it is now my mission to help you to do the same. I wish for you to have no regrets, to achieve all your dreams and life’s ambitions, regardless of your individual circumstances and current barriers, and to live your life to the very fullest. My particular focus areas are: Emotional wellbeing, confidence, and self-esteem. Employability support, career assessment, redundancy and career progression support.  Work/life balance. Dealing with key life changes and challenges, inc. considering a complete change of direction and focus in your life.                    Personal development. Mindset and motivation. Addressing barriers to progression - inc. mental health issues, disability, and long-term health conditions. My personal background is in Employability Management, Care and Disability Management, and in Training, Coaching and Mentoring roles, supporting people from all walks of life to move forwards and to get back on track.  - This has included people with physical disabilities, long-term health issues, mental health issues, people who are neurodiverse, learning difficulties and disabilities, people with multiple barriers towards their progression, people in redundancy situations, career progression support, and people who are looking for a complete change of direction and focus in their life. My qualifications include: Advanced Life Coaching  BA (Hons) Degree in Social Psychology & Care Management Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) HNC in Social Care + numerous support and guidance related courses over the length of my career spanning over 30 years. I have struggled with many of the issues and barriers that I now support other people to overcome, and I am here to tell you that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and that you too can find your way back to a place of positivity and fulfilment.
