I have strong interpersonal skills and am recognised for being approachable, patient, and empathetic, enabling me to build trusting and supportive relationships with students from a range of backgrounds. I am passionate about helping individuals develop the confidence, resilience, and self-awareness needed to overcome challenges and achieve their personal and academic goals.

My approach is underpinned by reflective practice and a commitment to continuous professional development, ensuring I continually refine my knowledge and coaching techniques. I have experience supporting students in managing academic expectations, stress, motivation, and wellbeing, while encouraging them to identify their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and build sustainable habits for success.

How I Will Teach

My coaching sessions are student-centred, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where students can openly discuss their challenges and explore practical solutions. Through active listening, thoughtful questioning, and evidence-informed coaching techniques, I help students reflect on their experiences, identify achievable goals, and develop personalised action plans.

Rather than offering direct answers, I empower students to build their own confidence, problem-solving abilities, and resilience. Sessions will focus on areas such as managing stress and burnout, maintaining motivation, improving work-life balance, setting realistic expectations, and developing effective study and self-management strategies. My goal is to equip students with lifelong skills that support both their academic success and their overall wellbeing.
