I recently completed an in-person TEFL course in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This course has allowed me to understand how to approach teaching English as a foreign language and the importance of understanding the individual language learner. After understanding your ability and desires, I would create tutoring sessions that truly fit you as a person. We can go as slow or as fast as you like.
