Primary Tutor for Maths & English, QTS

Hello! My name is Kassie. I am an experienced teacher hailing originally from Canada, now residing in Southbourne/Emsworth (covering areas such as Chichester, Fishbourne, Rowland's Castle, Havant, etc)! I am happy to travel to you and I also offer sessions online.

Since graduating in 2020, I have gained a huge amount of experience in teaching, whether it be privately, in small groups or classroom settings. I also hold Qualified Teachers’ Status (Primary) and 3+ years of classroom experience as either a Teaching Assistant, Teacher Trainee, Supply Teacher (Surrey Supply Teachers) or Class Teacher. I have experience working and tutoring in both KS1 and KS2.

Before completing my teacher training, I trained in Musical Theatre and Performing Arts - I believe this training sets me apart as a tutor because I know how to engage students creatively! I continue to work professionally in the performing industry.

I like to keep things positive, friendly and upbeat in my sessions! I really look forward to meeting new students and helping them work towards their personal goals, whatever they may be.
