I grew up speaking French, and my passion for the language led me to study it at both GCSE and A level. While academic study is important, true fluency comes from cultural immersion. This belief motivated me to spend last year in Paris as an au pair, where I cared for two young boys and taught them English through engaging, everyday activities. These experiences shaped my teaching approach: I focus on building confidence, encouraging communication, and teaching not only language skills but also the cultural context that brings them to life.
