I have very good communications skills, I currently help my peers with higher/advanced higher Spanish by getting to know what type of learners they are, whether they are quick at learning new things or need extra support and I adapt the work that I give them according to what they feel comfortable with, this allows them to develop more confidence and boldness to speak up if they are facing any challenges or would like to take their learning to the next level.
