I’m an accredited EMCC coach at Senior Practitioner level. I have experience at coaching young people who have recently graduated.

My coaching approach is based around clients taking responsibility and accountability for their actions, while creating a safe and trusting space to explore current challenges and potential options and solutions. I balance support with challenge through the use of coaching questions and empathic listening and have an array of tools and models to help clients sense make and process.
