I am a Tutor and Mentor with over 10 years of experience. I first start to get to know the student and build a rapport, working relationship, safeguarding, assess favoured learning styles, barriers to learning and learning targets. Then I discuss and outline how I will support and guide the student to become more empowered, increase self confidence, self motivation, have a more effective study and life balance and to take ownership and accountability for their learning.
