I would like to provide life coaching to young people online .I'm an experienced therapist with excellent empathic listening skill

I'm passionate about supporting young people with the challenges they face in life. I'm experienced as a mother of four young adults, but also my therapist role, and more recently as manager for a mental health charity for young people in Mid Wales. I have so much to offer. I believe in Person-Centred care and in always letting the young person lead with what's important to them, encouraging them to set their own goals, and focusing on their strengths. I believe I adapt well when working with individuals and their particular way of being. I naturally mirror and reflect back the person's perspectives. I have extensive knowledge around life skills, and specifically emotional regulation skills, relationships and self esteem issues.
