Advert description

I am a History and Politics student at the University of Warwick, expecting to graduate with Upper Second Class Honours (2:1). I am passionate about helping students engage with history, develop critical thinking, and build confidence in their understanding of historical events and concepts.
My experience as Vice President and Welfare Officer of the Warwick Chess Society has strengthened my ability to mentor and guide others, explain complex ideas clearly, and support learners with patience and encouragement. Additionally, working as a Counter Assistant at Golden Blossom and completing professional placements at Barclays, Freshfields, and Chow Tai Fook Life has helped me develop strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills, which are essential for planning lessons, giving feedback, and adapting teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
I aim to create a supportive and engaging tutoring environment where students feel confident to ask questions, explore ideas, and achieve their academic goals.
