Experienced SEMH & SEN Tutor - Trauma-Informed, Therapeutic, & Primary Specialist (KS1-KS2)

Hi! I'm a highly experienced and compassionate tutor with 10 years of experience working in SEMH and SEN primary settings as both teaching assistant and teacher. I specialise in working with children who need more than just academic help - they need to feel safe, understood, and supported as whole individuals.

My teaching is rooted in a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach, underpinned by specialist training and lived experience in:
* SEMH, ASD, ADHD and PDA
* Reading and writing support, including strategies for dyslexia
* Sensory integration techniques for regulation and focus
* A Level 7 Certificate in Adult Counselling
* Extensive experience supporting children with trauma backgrounds
* Strong understanding of emotional regulation, executive functioning and confidence-building

I offer patient, relational, and individualised sessions in English, Maths, and study skills tailored to the child's pace and needs. I support children who:
