Biology tutor providing lessons to pupils aged 4-18

I perceive myself as ideal in pursuing this role of being a tutor because I am understanding, honest and committed to teaching and I have always been praised for divergent thinking, something I personally admire within myself because I always have questions and answers. These qualities mainly originate from working in different places such as volunteering in charity shops and currently working as a retail assistant in a shop. This increased my time management and teamwork as I serve customers under pressure and it requires active communication with my team members. Hence, I believe I have the communication skills to teach biology as it is a complex subject which requires a lot of time and effort to understand.
