Biology & Chemistry Tutor | GCSE & A-Level | University of Warwick Biochemistry Student

Hi! I’m Favour, a final-year Biochemistry student at the University of Warwick, offering Biology and Chemistry tutoring for GCSE and A-level students.

I achieved all A/A* grades at A-level, including Biology and Chemistry, and I’m currently working at a First-Class level in my degree. I also recently completed a year-long industrial placement at GSK, giving me experience applying science in a real pharmaceutical environment.

I have previous tutoring experience with Explore Learning and Tutors United, supporting students of different abilities and learning needs.

My teaching style is patient, structured, and highly interactive. I focus on breaking down complex topics into simple, memorable steps, using real-life examples and active recall to build understanding. I also tailor each lesson to the student’s needs whether that’s strengthening core knowledge, improving exam technique, or building confidence. A key part of my approach is regular exam practice questions, where we work through past-paper style problems together, break down mark schemes, and practise applying knowledge under exam conditions to improve performance and confidence.
