Hi, I’m Liv. I’m a Special Yoga Practitioner supporting children to feel calmer and live better. Using yoga as a therapeutic intervention, we explore and find effective practices that promote feelings of safety, connection and regulation to help navigate the challenges of daily life. I’m lucky enough to currently work with children and adults with a range of special educational needs and learning disabilities although these practices benefit everyone through a combination of patience, humility and compassionate tuition to bring about positive change.
