I am a Special Yoga Practitioner supporting children from KS2-4 to access and navigate the challenges of education. Through a combination of yoga-based breathing, relaxation, self-regulation techniques and therapeutic interventions I support children to meet their mental, emotional and physical needs, every session is different and I meet each individual child where they are in any given moment working with patience, flexibility and most importantly with compassion and humility. Working collaboratively with each unique child, we see what is possible.
