I am a Physical Education and Sports Science graduate currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Performance, specializing in Exercise for Prevention and Rehabilitation. I also hold certifications in Pilates and Aqua Fitness instruction. Although new to professional personal training, I have extensive experience as an athlete and youth coach, which has developed my strong ability to motivate and guide individuals of different fitness levels.
My training approach focuses on personalized, functional exercises that improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing and based on the students goal,age and level or exercise preferences. I emphasize in correct technique, mindful movement, and gradual progress to help clients safely reach their fitness goals and also enjoy the process of working out. Also aiming to manage any previous injuries or health issues.My lessons are supportive, engaging, and tailored to each person’s needs, whether in-person or remote.
