Since graduating in 1994 with an honours degree in nuclear physics, I have spent 20 years as the financial director of a firm of Chartered Surveyors, during which time I mentored junior members of the team, engaging directly with their learning, development and progression. Now semi retired, I am keen to help the next generation develop their confidence in maths with tutoring from KS2 through to school leaving.
