History to GCSE or A Level Students. I live in Essex with online lesson. I achieved a grade 9 at GCSE in History and A at A Level.

I will encourage my students to use active recall to remember what they learn. That will include quizzes and multiple choice questions to ensure the content we teach sticks in their brain. I will also encourage them to write practice exams that I can mark. I believe for a subject like history it helps to immerse yourself in the subject so I will help my student look for alternative resources to be able to enjoy their subject, such as tv shows and podcasts. This allows them to refresh their memory in a different way and make it more enjoyable.
