I am a teacher of chemistry with over 40 years teaching experience. I was educated at Makerere University, Uganda where I graduated in Chemistry and Geology, Postgraduate Diploma in Education and M.Ed. Chemistry Education. I hold Certificates in Online Teaching from Future Learn (U.K.) and Finstock Evarsity College (KENYA).
After graduation I worked as a secondary school teacher of chemistry, National Chemistry Examiner and school administrator, a responsibility I held as a Head teacher. For 3 years now, I have worked as an online chemistry teacher. I am the founder of APlus Chemistry Online, an online teaching platform.
My experience in classroom teaching, academic item writing and Examination moderation has taught me valuable skills which I enjoy sharing as an online teacher and course creator. My interests are in reaction kinetics, analytical chemistry, stoichiometry and titrations in particular.
I enjoy academic course creation in chemistry besides playing scrabbles and surfing the net for scientific updates. I am married with three sons and stay with my family in Uganda.

I am a Chemistry teacher and course creator. I hold M.Ed. in Chemistry Education and Post Graduate Diplomaa in Education from Makerere University in Uganda. I have Certificates in Online Teaching from Future Learn Institute (UK) and Finstock Evarsity (KENYA).
I have over 40 years’ experience teaching Secondary School Chemistry, 7 years setting and moderating National Chemistry Examinations and 4 years teaching online. I use zoom and Power Point for my online lesson delivery. I am familiar with the IGCSE, GCSE, CBSE and other International syllabi.
I am the founder of APlus Chemistry Online which I established in 2019 as an online teaching platform in a semi-urban community with high population of South Sudanese Refugees. APlus Chemistry Online has since grown from the time of its establishment.
My special interests are in topics of Reaction Kinetics, Analytical Chemistry, the Mole Concept, Stoichiometry and particularly Titrations which I enjoy sharing with learners online.
I am conversant with the IGCSE, GCSE, CBSE and similar International syllabi which I can ably teach online via the zoom and Power Point methodology.
I have special interests for topics in Reaction Kinetics, Analytical Chemistry, Stoichiometry and particularly Titrations which I enjoy sharing with learners online.
My experience in teaching Secondary School Chemistry, academic item writing coupled with moderation of National Chemistry Examinations with the 4 years teaching online has taught me valuable skills which I enjoy sharing as an online teacher.
I enjoy academic course creation in Chemistry besides playing scrabbles and surfing the internet for scientific updates. I am married with three sons and stay with my family in Uganda.
With the above background experience in teaching Chemistry and Examination moderation, I am confident to effectively handle remote Chemistry lessons for my students.
