Having studied Quantum Physics and Neuro Science, First of all, I'll try to analyze the students needs by using different techniques, linguisticly and psychologically, then I will create a plan, covering all four skills regarding their aptitude and cognitive abilities. Then, with an individual lesson plan for each class, I will elicit everything I assigned through different methods. And a lot more that can happen once I start the class.
