I would describe myself as encouraging. My lessons are aimed at anyone who wishes to improve their language skills.

In the past when I would volunteer at the French school near where I lived I was given the job of reading with the children who struggled more than others. I would find books and memory games to help them learn sounds and conjugations. I made personalized lessons and brought books specific to each individuals interests.
