As an educator, I have gained valuable experiences in teaching English both in traditional classrooms and in online platforms. In school, I implement instructions based on lesson plans and setting exemplars ready. I hosted school programs and contests, creating scripts and structured activities that motivated students while building their confidence in communication. Teaching online also differs my teaching experiences and strategies. I used individualized instructions based on student's needs and create a lively classroom to enable my learner to participate and importantly to develop communication skills through online.

My expertise lies through lively and student-centered lessons. In online teaching, I adapted these methods to digital tools, using interactive slides, eBooks, breakout rooms, and collaborative tasks to sustain engagement. I provided daily individualized feedback through digital annotations and one-on-one sessions, ensuring that learners received the support they needed despite the challenges of virtual learning. I also create a monthly track record of improvements of my students' performances.

My teaching methods are rooted in communicative language teaching and task-based learning, where students practice English through real-life tasks and meaningful interaction. I balance explicit instruction in grammar and vocabulary with opportunities for creative expressions. Whether online or in school, I prioritize clear routines, and positive reinforcement to build learner confidence.
