Yoga is for everyone, but just like we all have diffirent body shape, size etc. Everyone needs a person who can understand the needs and how to modify to make if fun, easy, and effective, and this is where my experience comes in. I did my teaching from RISHIKESH the land of yoga. And an someone who born in a country where yoga born, i have seen live amoung into deep philosophy.
