Hello! My name is Amen. I am a friendly and patient online Maths tutor for Primary and Secondary school students.

Many students fear Maths because it looks hard. My job is to make Maths simple, easy and fun. I explain step by step with clear examples until you understand. I never rush my students. If you do not understand, I will explain again in a different way until it clicks.

For Primary school, I help with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, shapes, measurements, time, money, multiplication tables and word problems. I make Maths fun with games and real-life examples.

For Secondary school, I help with algebra, equations, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, probability, indices, logarithms, quadratic equations, simultaneous equations and exam preparation for SATs 11+, GCSE and A-Level. I teach how to answer exam questions correctly and avoid common mistakes.

Every student learns differently. I plan my lessons to fit each student. I am very patient, I encourage my students and I celebrate their small wins to build their confidence.

My lessons are online, easy to join from home with phone or computer. I give homework, practice questions and feedback to parents.
