Hello! My name is Amen. I am a friendly, patient and dedicated online Maths tutor for Primary and Secondary school students. I love Maths and I love helping students who think Maths is hard to start loving it and doing well in it.

Many students fear Maths because they were not taught in a simple way. My job is to make Maths simple, easy and fun. I explain step by step with clear examples. I never rush my students. If you do not understand, I will explain again in a different way until it clicks. I believe every child can do Maths if they are taught with patience and encouragement.

My lessons are online and very interactive. I use a whiteboard, drawings, real-life examples and practice questions. I do not just give answers. I teach you how to think, how to solve problems on your own and how to avoid common mistakes in exams. I ask questions during the lesson to be sure you are following, and I give you time to try on your own. For Primary school, I help with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, shapes, measurements, time, money, multiplication tables and word problems. I make lessons fun with games and simple stories so children can remember easily.

For Secondary school, I help with algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, probability, indices, logarithms, quadratic equations and exam preparation for WAEC, NECO and JAMB. I teach how to read exam questions well and get full marks.

Every student learns differently, so I plan my lessons to fit each student. I am very patient, kind and encouraging. I celebrate small wins with my students so they feel proud and want to learn more. I also give homework, practice questions and feedback to parents so you can see the progress of your child.
