Hello, new English colleagues! It is a pleasure to meet you. You might be wondering, who am I? Let me share my story. I have had a wonderful 19-year journey across the world as a Business Psychologist, sharing my passion for helping others succeed in business communications and supporting them to grow their careers. Having travelled to 26 countries and now back in South Africa with its 11 official languages, I understand diverse perspectives.

I own a business that helps large corporations improve team communication, allowing them to work smoothly and happily. Imagine me guiding a large change program impacting 36,000 people or seamlessly introducing technical systems across 36 global markets! Now, imagine the atmosphere of 300+ people from different cultures in a virtual training session. Picture having to adjust your communication style to match over a thousand leaders worldwide as you coach and develop them to be authentic and powerful. That's me – Megan, your friendly Business English Tutor with an ear for diversity and the patience to help you learn.

With many years of global experience teaching, coaching, and mentoring individuals in businesses, I hold a Master's degree in Occupational and Business Psychology, a Postgraduate degree in Business Leadership and an Advanced TEFL diploma. My field of research is Creative Leadership, and I employ various visual techniques to support storytelling and enhance your learning. We use examples of your current workplace needs to boost your confidence in connecting with people through your words. I believe that if we can create an image through our words, people will not only want to listen but also follow us on our journey.
