I’m a freelance viola player, teacher, and conductor with over a decade of experience working with some of the UK’s leading orchestras and music services. I’ve now taken the exciting step of setting up my own private teaching studio at home.

I offer friendly, supportive, and high-quality musical training for all ages and abilities — from young beginners just starting their journey to enthusiastic amateurs looking to develop their skills. Teaching is one of my greatest joys, and I love sharing my passion, knowledge, and experience with every student I work with.

Ben is the conductor of the orchestra that i play in. I am Chair of the group so over the past 3 years i have got to know him very well and consider him a friend as well as part of the orchestra. He has also given lessons to my granddaughter to help improve her sound and expression on the music she is playing. His teaching skills are excellent.
