I love teaching not as a profession but also as part of my life. I always feel very much contented in all its aspects when I am teaching. I feel as if I am helping or supporting someone in deed of my helping heart. Above, I have the belief that people can learn things by doing. Hence, they need some support to ignite their interest to do things to learn. You just show them how to do it and let them try it by themselves. They do it. They repeat it. The feel happy and confident. Then trust them they mastered it. That is how people learn at any age. These basic principles may be guided by various contexts of learning.
