Hi! My name is Louis. I am a recent first-class graduate of the University of Oxford, and award-winning musician. I am here to support you in achieving your best and maximising your potential, always underpinned by creativity and intellectual curiosity. Sessions are completely person-centred and tailored to the needs of the individual, in order to maximise their potential. Initial sessions will establish working preferences and learning styles, and I will provide several materials and resources according to the interests and dynamics of the learning model. I like to ensure that the process of learning is as enjoyable and rewarding as possible, whilst maintaining an aspirational atmosphere in the classroom where the learner feels fully comfortable and confident to achieve their goals. I have plenty of experience in a diverse range of educational scenarios, and am adept at adapting sessions dynamically to ensure that learning outcomes are met and measurable progress can be recorded both in the short and long term. My extensive experience in pastoral support and safeguarding means that my approach to learning sits firmly in reflective practice and positive developmental progression. I compliment my strong communication skills with a background as a busy performing musician, composer and conductor, sharing real-life applications of topics discussed wherever possible, as well as maintaining an active commitment to lifelong learning.
