I have eleven years experience in the mental health field working in crisis, community and forensics. As a Senior Support Worker for Mind, the UK mental health charity, I have guided many individuals on a one to one basis. As a life coach I have helped my clients to success. I have lived experience of mental health and can help you walk the recovery path by walking alongside you. I am empathetic and compassionate whilst focusing on the outcomes you wish to become reality. I have a management certificate from my time as a newspaper editor and I can help you with career development too. I am here for any time or type of transition. My lessons are interactive and taught around the OSCAR coaching model. We will have fun as we learn together.
