I facilitate self development on a holistic scale. Together we will explore your dreams and using the OSCAR coaching model discover the actions that you will need to take to make them come true. I build honest and open relationships of trust as a platform to achieving goals. Through mutuality and reciprocity we will progress in our professional relationship. I have eleven years experience in the mental health field and can help with stress and anxiety. I allow you to focus on where you want to be in any subject. We will build a learning environment and utilise organisational and study skills that will help you improve in all subjects. My coaching offers a firm foundation for improvement in the areas of health (sleep, diet, exercise), relationships (family, friends, partners), career and finances, hobbies and interests and spiritual contentment. Getting the basics right we will move on to specific targeted goals eg interview success, smooth transitions to University, better relationships. We will look at the Outcome you desire, the Situation you are currently in, the Choices you have around that situation, the Actions you need to take to move on and a Review of how things are going; OSCAR. We will explore areas through careful questioning that is compassionate and empathetic. You will have time and space to reflect your true self. I will teach you techniques to overcome anxiety and stress including guided visualizations, breathing and Mindfulness. Together we will learn and have fun.
