I'm a friendly, supportive and patient tutor who focuses on making GCSE Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology easier to understand.

I tutor GCSE Maths, Chemistry and Biology, with a focus on making challenging topics easier to understand and helping students develop a strong understanding of the subject. Having achieved 8 A*s and 3 As in my own GCSEs, including full marks in some of my exams, I have first-hand experience of the level of knowledge and exam technique required to achieve strong results. I can use this experience to help students understand both the content and how to apply it effectively in exams. I will tailor each lesson to the student’s individual needs, identifying areas they are struggling with and working through them step-by-step. Lessons will include clear explanations, worked examples, exam-style questions and targeted practice. For Maths, I will focus on building problem-solving skills and understanding different methods. For Chemistry and Biology, I will help students understand key concepts, terminology and processes, as well as how to apply their knowledge to exam questions. I will also focus on exam technique, helping students understand how to approach different question types and improve their answers. My aim is to help students make consistent progress and reach their full potential in their GCSEs.
