I am a natural coach to young people and have many skills in supporting them to find their purpose, direction and self belief.

I coach with a heart-centred approach engaging practical tools and skills to support each person uniquely. I have 3 children all of whom have been through the schooling system and I have witnessed them and many of their friends falter and stumble along the way and been able to support them back to being their true self. I am empathic, compassionate and hold strong boundaries. I have been a therapist for over 20 years and a professional birthing partner for 19 years. I have learned how to hold space and support without fixing or rescuing. I always aim to support people to support themselves whilst offering a safe space in which to find their blocks or fears and work with them to move through them or past them into their current reality whilst accessing their skills and abilities to do this for themself.
